Our story
We – the founders of Foga Nova – originally come from Switzerland.
For us, grilling has always been more than just cooking.
It was a moment of togetherness, the smell of fire in the air, the quiet crackling of the flame, and the taste of something real.
The idea
When we moved to the North Sea coast, we quickly realized: we missed that barbecue feeling. Rain, wind, and short summers – but the desire for authentic barbecue flavor remained.
One evening the idea came to me: Why not bring the campfire atmosphere into the house?
A grill without smoke, gas or electricity – but with a real flame and that unmistakable campfire feeling.
Today
After many sketches and prototypes, the Foga Nova table grill was created – an elegant design piece that brings fire back to the table.
Powered by bioethanol gel: smokeless, odorless, yet with a real flame for authentic roasted aromas.
Foga Nova represents the connection between design, fire and enjoyment – the shared experience at the table when the flame dances and the scent of grilled food fills the room.
